Verbier training day 2/ Gee, this is fun?!

Another beautiful day in Verbier.  I must say sitting outside in Chez Dany with a nice bottle of rose and a platter of dried meats and cheese  sounds like a lot more fun than what I had to do today, but it a training day after all....

The data does lie, it wasn't a run, more like an amble, BUT, if you look at how much I climbed, it wasn't too bad so you need to look at the pace and factor in the time taking the photos and the long coffee breaks.  I haven't figured out how to pause the app, obviously.

It is beautiful in Verbier in the summer.

I am soooo glad to be back now in the chalet having a snack and the largest block of Swiss chocolate which I could buy.  It's looking good....bring on the camino!
