Spring Has Arrived In Verbier

Nothing more to add than I am now training for Morocco in 9 days time whilst also trying to decide whether to reschedule my Everest challenge for October.  The snow is now melting  in the Alps but it is still difficult to walk above 2000 meters without snowshoes.  Some paths are like skating rinks, with solid ice, making walking on them quite difficult without fear of breaking the odd bone or two.

May is a very quiet time in Verbier.  There are trekkers in the mountains, wherever you go, but the restaurants and bars are all closed with the odd exception.  You don't, however,  need the crowds to enjoy the mountains!
